What is the Conservation Cup?
It is the Forest Preserve Foundation’s signature fundraising golf event that supports:
- Next generation environmental advocates through paid summer internships that provide employment and leadership experiences for teens and young adults in the Forest Preserves of Cook County.
- Equity and access to nature, an introduction to conservation, and potential career paths in conservation.
- Climate change mitigation through ecological restoration projects that return our natural landscapes to sustainable health.

Along with a paycheck, forest preserves programs open up nature ‘to young people who often times won’t have access to these experiences’
