Fundraising and Raising Fun
This day can be enjoyed by both golfers and non-golfers: oodles of games on and off the course; a bloody mary bar and continental breakfast; meeting our esteemed guest President Preckwinkle and new General Superintendent Adam Bianchi; golfing with your favorite foursome; visits with Forest Preserves animal ambassadors; a Buckets of Fun raffle; and wrapping it up with a shared cocktail reception and dinner under the tented pavillion, music provided by a wonderful DJ.
Enjoy time outdoors in this beautiful setting alongside friends and colleagues, all while helping make sure these treasured lands thrive and are accessible to all communities.
What is the Conservation Cup?
This fun day of golfing and gathering is the Forest Preserve Foundation’s premier charity golf outing that blends purpose with play.

The Conservation Cup isn’t just about a great day of golf—though you’ll find plenty of that. It’s about bringing together leaders from across Cook County to invest in something greater: Preserving our Forest Preserves and developing local youth to become the next generation of conservation leaders. Imagine a fun day of golf among leaders such as yourself surrounded by the natural beauty that together we can preserve.
Our Mission
The Foundatin's mission is to engage in protecting and restoring the treasured natural habitats of the Forest Preserves of Cook County and to enhance the outdoor experiences of all communities. We do this by encouraging and administering private gifts to further the Forest Preserves’ mission and goals.
Day on and off the Course
9 a.m. Registration, Breakfast and Bloody Mary Bar
9 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Putting Contest
10:30 a.m. Photos with President Toni Preckwinkle
11:30 a.m. Cart Lineup and Welcome Remarks
Noon Shotgun start/tournament begins
Grill lunch on course
4:00 p.m. Party under the Pavilion: Drinks, dinner and DJ
5:00 p.m. Program begins
5:30 p.m. Raffle Drawings. Tournament Winners Announced
Tournament Winner Prizes:
First place - each player receives 4 free rounds at George Dunne
Second Place - each player receives 2 free rounds at George Dunne and a dozen Callaway balls
Third Place - each player receives a dozen Callaway balls
To become a SPONSOR and register, download the registration form, complete it and mail it in to the address on the form. We need your commitment by August 20 in order to appear in signage and other print materials.
